We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

We provide a 3 months limited warranty for low-power laser subsystems, which includes mirrors and lenses. We provide 1 month limited warranty for CO2 Glass Laser Tubes. A process of examining of- and feedback to- the laser tube manufacture is required for us to decide the laser tube condition is to be processed in line with the warranty. The prices that you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, if you have already placed an order, the price for your order will remain fixed and valid right unless the order is cancelled (Read-This-First). If you place a new order, new pricing rate will apply.
